On Saturday, 20 July 2019, our u/11 and u/13 chess teams competed at the Top Schools District league play-offs, at Fairmont High School, an event where the top schools’ chess teams, in each district, compete.
Met 4 spelers in ons o/11 span, het hierdie 4 manne regte sportmangees, toewyding en deursettingsvermoë getoon. Hulle het 5 rondtes gespeel en ‘n 8ste plek behaal. Our u/13 team ended as the 2nd best chess team in our district. What an achievement.
