You are my sunshine … this song was practiced and sung numorous times in the last two weeks. The Gr 2 & 3 boys were very excited to invite their dads to a breakfast and perform their song.
Today started bright and early … true sunshine. With Father’s Day around the corner, we had the privilege to spoil the dads and show them that we appreciate them.
Die pappas het vroegoggend heerlik koffie gedrink in die voorportaal en daarna ontbyt geniet. Die Gr. 2 en 3 seuntjies het met groot glimlagte die saal binnegekom en met oorgawe gewaai as hul pappa se gesig in die saal sien. Die vermaak, deur ons seuntjies, was uit die boonste rakke.
Die tafels was gedek met sonneblomme, ‘n sonskynkoekie vir pappa, kos en geselskap. Dankie aan elke pappa, oupa of oom wat dit bygewoon het. Die Evers waardeer dit opreg.
